After we have received your request for our service, our Documentation Specialist will call you and schedule an appointment. The Documentation Specialist will explain their procedure of taking outside pictures that include HVAC units, porch furnishings etc . They will then move inside your home and photograph your contents. Any collectibles or item you prefer to be photographed should be assessible prior to their arrival. This documentation is then sent back to HCD and your personal information and pictures will be stored with an offsite data storage provider for extra security. HCD then emails you a copy of your Client Report. Our service provides a third party verification should you have a claim.
